Bedroom 3: Single bed, wardrobe
Bedroom 4: Single bed, wardrobe
Family Bathroom: Large bathroom with wet room shower, bath etc. Suitable for wheelchair access.
Single Garage: Contains tumble dryer and great place to put all your beach equipment.
Front Garden: Blocked paved, parking for at least three cars and enclosed with metal gates.
Side & Rear Garden: Side brick patio area, further patio area in front of conservatory doors, enclosed rear garden with metal fencing and a gate out onto the Coastal path and sea wall. Lovely place to sit and watch the waves roll in and on some day’s seals bobbing in the sea or even on the beach.

Included in the price is WIFI broadband, Netflix, all utility supplies, bed linen, towels, starter pack oflogs for wood burner (winter months only).
